A Different Kind of Women’s Day
Glow Ritual Weekend is not a typical event, and it is certainly not a classic product presentation.
Taking place on March 7th and 8th in Split, this two-day experience was dedicated to balance. It was a ritual that connected the external beauty of the skin with discipline and movement of the body throughout the community.
Created in collaboration with Divote Korean Cosmetics and Optimal Body Reformer Studio, this weekend was designed as a journey, gently guiding women from understanding a ritual to fully experiencing it.
Day One: The Introduction to Ritual
The first evening unfolded at Jo & The Sisters – Sukoisan, but the atmosphere felt softer and more intimate than the usual everyday brunch rhythm.
Guests were welcomed with a healthy charcuterie selection and small bites inspired by Asian cuisine. The menu was light, clean in flavor, and visually refined. The food did not overwhelm but supported the idea of the evening: balance.
Divote’s representative introduced guests to the philosophy of Korean skincare, not by speaking about trends or viral ingredients, but by focusing on discipline, ritual, and long-term commitment.
Korean beauty was explained not as an instant transformation, but as a relationship with the skin built through daily consistency.
Each guest received tester products along with personalized guidance on how and why to use them. The emphasis was not only on what to apply, but on understanding the process behind it.
Before the evening ended, guests received directions for Day Two, because this experience was not isolated - it continued.

Day Two: Balance & Glow
The second day began with movement at Optimal Body Reformer Studio, in a calm and airy space designed for focus.
Women started the morning with forty-five minutes of mindful reformer training. The session was not intense for the mere sake of intensity, but thoughtful and controlled. Breath, alignment, stability, and awareness took priority. The training reflected the same philosophy shared by Korean skincare and Jo & The Sisters: consistency brought results.
After movement, the body felt awake yet grounded.
From there, the experience returned to Jo & The Sisters, where a new smoothie awaited. This smoothie was introduced to the public for the very first time during Glow Ritual Weekend, connecting all three brands in one concept.
Inspired by ingredients commonly used in Korean skincare and formulated to be nutritionally balanced for post-workout recovery, the smoothie represented the idea that beauty from within and beauty on the surface should exist in harmony. Its flavor was fresh and light yet satisfying, visually aesthetic, and naturally photogenic.
This moment symbolically united skincare, movement, and morning culture into one shared experience.

Hangout x Pop-Up Store
As the day continued, the atmosphere shifted into an elevated hangout format inside Jo & The Sisters. The space became livelier as a wider audience joined, while the aesthetic remained refined and cohesive.
A dedicated pop-up corner featured Divote’s Korean skincare products, allowing guests to test formulas, receive personalized routine advice, ask questions, and purchase products in a relaxed setting. The new smoothie continued to be served, maintaining the thread of internal nourishment throughout the event.
There was no aggressive sales approach and no traditional presentation. Instead, the format encouraged conversation, education, curiosity, and shared experience.
Women gathered not only to try products but to understand them, and not only to socialize, but to feel aligned with the community.
On this Women’s Day, self-care was not symbolic - it was practiced.
The Message Behind It All
Glow Ritual Weekend was not about perfection. It was about discipline, balance, and awareness.
It did not say “be better“, it said “be consistent with yourself.”
Through skincare rituals, mindful movement, and nourishing brunch, this two-day experience reflected the values that Jo & The Sisters stood for: wellness without extremes, beauty without pressure, and community without competition.
Glow was not just another trend - it was a continuous practice, and sometimes, it began with showing up for yourself for two intentional days.
