Homemade Before Sunrise
Every morning, we start from scratch and prepare our own homemade ingredients. Almonds are soaked before sunrise, then blended by hand into our signature creamy almond milk. No preservatives, no shortcuts — just pure freshness.
At the same time, granola toasts in the oven, focaccia dough rests in olive oil, and chia puddings slowly thicken. This is our morning rhythm: simple, real, made by hand, and without refined sugars.

Locally Grown, Seasonally Inspired
We work closely with local family farms and cooperatives — the real heartbeat of our kitchen. We are proud to use products from our own country whenever possible. For example, our apples arrive from the orchards of Kneževi Vinogradi in the heart of the Baranja region.
Our strawberries come from a small family farm in Opuzen, citrus fruits such as lemons and oranges come from the gardens of local family farms, and our nuts are sourced from small farms in Slavonia.
As the seasons change, we like to make small adjustments to our menu as well, reflecting the natural cravings of each time of year. Every recipe tells its own story, whether it’s a Protein Pudding winter tale or a Sunshine Squeeze summer romance.
Sustainability with Substance
For us, local sourcing isn’t just about taste; it’s also about responsibility.
Our farm-to-bowl philosophy means less packaging and transport waste, greater support for local producers, and full transparency in how we create our food.
Our Choco Cheesecake takes this idea a step further. It’s made with the almond pulp left after preparing our homemade almond milk, turning byproducts into something genuinely good.
